At KVG World, we want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we offer a 5-day return window for eligible items. If you need to return an item, please contact us within five (5) days of delivery through any of our customer support channels, and we will guide you through the process.
How to Initiate a Return
STEP 1: Submit a Complaint
Contact us by:
- Filling out the Return Request Form on our website, or
- Sending an email to info@kvgworld.com
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item(s) showing the issue
- A copy of your purchase receipt
STEP 2: Return Validation
Once your return request is reviewed and validated
- You may be asked to ship the item to a specified address or await pickup by our delivery partner (if applicable)
All returns must be made within the 5-day window after delivery.
STEP 3: Resolution
After we receive and inspect the returned item, and confirm that:
- It is in its original condition
- The issue was not caused by misuse or external damage
We will provide a resolution either by:
- Processing a replacement
- Offering a store credit, or
- Issuing a refund (see our refund policy)
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following are not eligible for return:
- Items altered from their original state
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers or UPC codes
- Items damaged due to misuse, drops, or water damage
- Items without a traceable receipt
- Opened or used items (unless defective on arrival)

Q: Can I return a product after 5 days?
A: No returns are accepted after 5 days unless it’s covered under a warranty claim.
Q: Do I need to return any free gift that came with the product?
A: Yes. Free gifts must be returned with the main product to be eligible for a full return.
Q: Why was my item returned to me instead of getting a refund?
A: If the item is tested and the reported issue is not confirmed, the return claim is invalid and the item will be sent back.

- Original tags and seals intact
- No personal locks or passwords on devices
- For “change of mind” returns, refunds are not issued — only exchanges.
